Biography

Ms. Aiken comes from Long Island, New York wanting to continue to share her experience with debt negotiation and consumer protection here in the Garden State. Since College, Ms. Aiken was involved in consumer transactions involving that of real estate and leasing matters. As her time in college concluded and she began entering the workforce, Ms. Aiken spent 3 years in the world of retail banking and lending. This gave her the foundation of understanding how the banks work. After concluding Law School in 2019, Ms. Aiken trajected herself into Bankruptcy Law and Commercial Litigation helping both business owners and the everyday consumer resolve their financial stressors through mediation, negotiation, litigation, and simply better financial planning/budgeting.
